Event Details
The Youth Evangelism Celebration (YEC) is an evangelistic and equipping event designed to lead young people to Christ and challenge believers to greater accomplishments in Christ. Complete with high energy, inspirational youth speakers; top Christian vocalists and musicians; life changing youth testimonies; and sensational multi-media presentations, this event will erupt with the powerful message of salvation and the dynamic journey of discipleship. The Youth Evangelism Celebration is the greatest place, the greatest “front-door” for bringing lost teenagers and growing believers!

- $50.00 (before Nov. 1, 2023)
- $55.00 (after Nov. 1, 2023)
- Online Registration closes on Nov 1. Mail-in registration and registration at the door will still be available.
- Production includes higher volumes, bright lights, and strobe lighting. Students with sensory needs are invited to wear ear plugs or stand in the lobby with a leader during those portions of the program.
- Please inform us early if you have students that need wheelchair seating or other needs.

Refund Policy:
- No refunds after NOVEMBER 1 or at the door!
- Registration can be transferred to another student in the same group.
- Those registering online will receive an email confirmation.
- Those registering by mail will receive a confirmation of their registration from the Louisiana Baptists office.
- On-Site Check In: Adult contact persons are the only people allowed in the on-site registration/check in area. We ask that no more than two adults per group enter the registration area. You will receive a packet that contains wristbands for your group and other important information.
- Wristbands: Each church group registering for the conference will receive one wristband for each registered person. The wristband will be the person’s “ticket” to enter the conference and must be worn on the wrist at all times during the conference.
- Seating: Seating is reserved. Seats are reserved on first-come-first-reserved basis as your registration is received here at the Youth Ministry Office. No seats will be reserved for your church until all registration fees have been paid and are on file.
- No infants or children 6 years or under
